Licensed Aestheticians
Ramie Pillette, LMA, Executive Director
Ramie became a licensed Colorado aesthetician in 2004. In the over 20 years in the industry she has worked closely with the Dermatologists at Accent Dermatology and continues her education with various advanced courses and seminars so that she can offer the most effective, cutting edge treatments to her clients.
While the majority of her experience has been on the medical side of aesthetics, she has experience on the spa side as well. She is skillful at combining the relaxation of the spa with the effectiveness of a medical treatment. Ramie enjoys working with her clients to educate them on how to best care for their skin as well as find a treatment plan that best fits their needs.
Ramie joined Accent Dermatology in 2011 and was able to grow the aesthetic services and expand the business in 2017 by opening our aesthetics office, Accent Aesthetics.
Ramie enjoys spending time with her husband traveling around the world.
Kelly Cecil, LMA
After a fulfilling 26-year career in the Dental field, Kelly decided to follow her long-standing passion for skin care and transition into the world of aesthetics. In 2024, she graduated from The School of Botanical and Medical Aesthetics and earned her aesthetics license. Kelly brings a unique blend of precision, care, and professionalism from her dental background to her work in skin care. She is dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best through customized, results driven treatments. Kelly looks forward to beginning your skincare journey with you.
Kelly is a Colorado native. In her free time she loves spending time with her husband and two kids.

Chelsea Schweid, PA-C
Chelsea graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Nutrition. After working at Children’s Hospital in the nutrition department, she returned to the academic world to pursue training as a Physician’s Assistant. She graduated from Quinnipiac University with her Masters and PA degree. She practiced in the Boston, area for two years as a Physician’s Assistant with a private dermatology practice in Cape Cod. Chelsea practices general dermatology with special interests in cosmetics, hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) and minor surgery. She enjoys running (Boston Marathon 2010), horseback riding, snowboarding, the culinary arts and time with her husband
